Playlists, drumming circles, vocal expression. Connect through rhythm and tone. Your voice was your first instrument — reclaim it.
Explore Sound →Yoga, dance, somatic awareness. Trauma lives in the body; release it through motion. Your body remembers what your mind forgot.
Explore Movement →Painting, sculpture, collage, digital art. Give form to what words can't hold. Some truths are too big for language.
Explore Visual Arts →Journaling, guided prompts, community writing circles. Shape your story. The page doesn't judge — it just holds space.
Explore Writing →Artist-staff who lead workshops and share their own recovery stories. They walked the path. Now they hold the lantern.
"Painting my way out of silence. For years I couldn't say what happened. Then I picked up a brush, and the colors said it for me. Now I teach other women to find their palette."
"Beats became my meditation. The drum circle was the first place I felt my heartbeat slow down. Now I produce tracks that help other women find their rhythm."
"The dance floor was my first therapy. My body was the only place I felt safe. Now I teach movement that helps women come home to themselves."
