Residential Treatment

This is what treatment looks like here: a living room, not a lobby. A couch with a pillow that says "One Day at a Time" — because that's how recovery works.

Women in our ASAM Level 3.1 residential program live here, in a real home with real furniture and real quiet, while they do the hardest work of their lives. The structure is clinical; the feeling is family. This room has held morning meditation circles, late-night conversations, and the first full night's sleep some women have had in years.

Relapse Prevention

Evidence-Based
Service 02

Relapse Prevention

Women learning to read their own signals. In sessions like this one, participants map their personal triggers, rehearse urge-surfing and grounding techniques, and build the written prevention plan each woman carries home.

Around this table, relapse stops being a mystery and becomes a pattern you can see coming — and interrupt. Every graduate leaves knowing her early warning signs, her coping skills, and exactly who to call at 2am.

Life Skills Development

Practical Skills
Service 03

Life Skills Development

The ordinary work of a rebuilt life. Budgeting at the kitchen table. Cooking in a real kitchen. Learning the systems — housing, banking, healthcare — that no one ever taught.

Life skills development happens in moments like these: practical, unglamorous, and absolutely essential. Before graduation, every woman completes a "life rehearsal" — a week of independent living with staff on-call but not on-site. Confidence built through doing, not just knowing.

Mental Health Support

Trauma-Informed
Service 04

Mental Health Support

One conversation at a time. Individual counseling where trauma-informed therapists treat substance use and mental health together — depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief — because they were never separate to begin with.

In rooms like this one, women learn they were never broken. Only wounded. And wounds, with the right care, heal.

Parenting Support

Mothers and mothers-to-be, recovering together. This circle represents something rare: a program where pregnant women and mothers don't have to choose between treatment and their children.

Babies stay. Toddlers play down the hall. The mother-child bond isn't just preserved here — it's the point. When children watch their mothers choose recovery, generational cycles break in real time.

Service 06

Care Coordination

The paperwork of a new life. Care coordinators sit beside women at housing offices, court dates, and benefits appointments — sometimes for hours — navigating the systems that stand between recovery and stability.

Medical care, housing, legal aid, benefits, education, employment. No one should have to figure it all out alone. Here, no one does.

Spiritual Care

Many hands, one table. Spiritual care here isn't about religion — it's about this: connection to something larger than yourself. Meaning, purpose, forgiveness, silence.

Guided meditation, gratitude journaling, nature walks, creative rituals. Whatever faith you bring — or none at all — there's a seat for you in this circle.

Integrated Wellness

Mind, body, and spirit under one roof. Integrated wellness means the morning movement, the shared meals, the art supplies in the common room, and the sleep routines are all treatment.

Healing happens on every level — physical, emotional, social, creative — and every detail of this home is part of it. The mundane made sacred through attention and care.
